Refund
You may apply for refunds and/or return order only in the following situations:
1. The buyer did not receive the product. because the shop can't deliver.
2. The product is defective. or damaged during shipping.
3. Our shop sent the wrong product according to the purchase order, such as wrong type, wrong color, wrong type of product.
*The buyer cannot request a return and/or refund in case of change of mind.
In case of payment by bank transfer, refund will be transferred back to the customer's account within 15 - 30 days.
Refunds other than those specified. The company will consider on a case-by-case basis.
Documents used to request a refund. (For cash and Bank Transfer only).
1. Product of photos.
2. The original receipt.
3. Copy of bank account page (BookBank) with signature certifying true copy for the company transfer money for goods and return shipping.
4. Copy of ID card with certified true copy.
